Once talent approves your request, you may initiate a skype, video or in person audition. When agreements are approved, their contact info is released to you for wardrobe/scheduling, we setup auto payouts, schedule reminders and will look forward to your talent review.

Talent Database
Once registered, you have full access to our talent database with easy to use filtering to find the perfect talent for your production. Our Lightbox feature enables you to compare talent side by side and share your selections for final approval.
Request Talent For
Your Production
Once selections are made, simply complete a request outlining location(s), production date(s), call time(s) and monies offered. Acceptance may be contingent upon their submitting to a background check, a service we offer through our friends at Good Hire. Next, agreements are finalized and contact information is released to you.
We'll Handle Payouts, Reminders & Ratings
Once terms are agreed upon and confirmed, NIKO Fees and talent fees are processed through Stripe, our e-commerce service provider. Auto reminders are sent to talent a week out, three days prior and the day before production. Following their last scheduled scene, funds are prepared for release the following business day. We encourage both talent and client to rate one another on our site.

Along with NIKO Casting's fee you pay each talent one flat fee for perpetual use. There are no residuals nor royalties. A full fee list is available once you have an account with us.
